The concert was set to light up the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, but just hours before doors were supposed to open, it was abruptly canceled. The official word? “Circumstances outside our control.” The real story? Way messier.
Hot Boys member Turk was reportedly cut from the lineup after refusing to perform for less than his agreed pay. His wife-manager, Erica “Emani” Virgil, says the tour promoters labeled Turk a “security risk” to justify kicking him off the tour.
“They tried to silence him by blackballing him. All he did was ask for what he was owed,” she told sources.
Up-and-comer Blvckwizzle didn’t stay quiet either — he hit Instagram with a viral post revealing backdoor deals and internal beef that might’ve doomed the whole reunion.
Adding gasoline to the fire, industry insider and promoter Jazzthacoach broke it all the way down — detailing where the money allegedly disappeared. In a no-holds-barred livestream, he claims the budget was mismanaged, funds were moved around, and some artists were left unpaid.
