The internet is in flames after Dr. Umar Johnson, the self-proclaimed “Prince of Pan-Africanism,” got put on BLAST by a woman claiming to be his 22-year-old daughter, Nisa. In a social media call-out, she accused the controversial activist of being MIA her whole life, saying:
“My dad has never been to anything important—no graduations, no birthday parties. Nothing. He has not been in my life.”
Ouch.
But hold up—Dr. Umar isn’t taking this one lying down. He hopped online to shut down the deadbeat dad allegations with a fiery response:
“Been paying child support since you came out the womb. Deadbeat who?”
And in classic Umar fashion, he suggested handling the drama privately, calling for a sit-down with Nisa and her mother.
Social media is eating this up, with some calling out Dr. Umar’s “fatherly Pan-African hypocrisy” and others defending him, saying this is just a clout chase.
So, is Dr. Umar getting unfairly dragged, or does his daughter have receipts that could shake his empire? Stay tuned—this tea is still brewing!
